Nintendo will not release a new Nintendo switchch system this year, the company said on Friday, it will put down rumors about the so-called switchch Pro.
"Please note that we do not have any plans to introduce a new version of the Nintendo switch by 2020," said Nintendo President Shuntaro Furukawa during a three-company management policy forum for the company's first financial year.
Furukawa noted the success of the Nintendo switchch Lite – the material and the price point used helped the company "meet many consumer needs and expand its consumer base," according to the slide in its presentation. But he added, "We feel that we have not yet fully conveyed the specific features and attractiveness of the Nintendo switchch Lite, so we will continue to address this issue further."
This means that while Nintendo can continue to roll out special types of existing Nintendo Switch models – they are just as good as those Crossing the Animals: New Horizons
So if you're afraid that there might be a more powerful version of Nintendo Switch coming out soon, don't worry, because it won't happen this year, at least. The only thing you have to worry about is any new Nintendo Switch components with Joy-Cons and docks.
The Nintendo switchch Lite is launched on September 20, 2019, following the July launch of the Nintendo Switch update on better battery life. The switchch recently moved 52 million units sold, surpassed the Super NES and disrupted the Wii U sales.
Although Nintendo is setting aside, it will be a very busy holiday season this year with the launch of SpyStation 5 for Sony and Microsoft's Xbox Series X.
