Pixelated Farming Sim Stardew Valley continues to grow, this time with a big 1.5 update for PC that adds a bunch of new things including a beach farm map that seasoned green thumbs can try and grow crops in the sand.

In addition to the new Beach Farm map, which offers a completely new environment and prohibits the use of sprinklers to water the crops for an added challenge, there are also a number of new expanded game options for customizing new playthroughs, as well as more options for creating characters including new hairstyles. Best of all, Update 1.5 has a proper two-screen split, so you can play the game locally with up to three other people and effectively an offline option for the game’s existing online multiplayer.

The games changelog goes into more detail on the addition of ostriches as new farm animals; Plants such as mango, pineapple, and banana; a variety of life skills improvements, e.g. B. the ability to talk to people on horseback; a social tab menu to keep track of who you’ve spoken to that day; and the ability to actually sit on chairs.
Barone also gave modders a head start with Update 1.5 to keep mods –I like driving around on other people-Up to date. Unfortunately, console gamers have to wait to gain experience Stardew Valleylatest extension. Update 1.5 will not be available on Switch, Xbox One or PS4 until sometime “early next year”.
