Pokémon Gois the next Three months of in-game events will add new legendary Pokémon to the game.
In particular, the Therian forms of the natural forces Tornadus, Landorus and Thundurus will come into play. Niantic noted that more legendary Pokémon were also making their debut. It’s likely that we’ll soon see some legendary Pokémon from the Kalos region like Xerneas and Yvetal.
More Mega Evolved Pokémon will also make their debut this season, though no specifics have been made as to which ones.
Different Pokémon will also appear in the different hemispheres as the seasons change. Especially players in the northern hemisphere can find the spring version of Deerling, and players in the southern hemisphere can find the fall version.
The season starts on March 1st and lasts until June 1st. Perks like increased XP through five-star raids. Last season was focused on “Celebrations” and featured different events each week that focused on different regions in Pokémon, increasing the spawn rates of Pokémon from each region.
