Today’s patch brings news to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, mainly a new game mode called Gun Play Blueprint, as well as a new functionality also related to Blueprints. There is also the triple-double experience event that will start tomorrow and last until Monday, in addition to balance adjustments in the zombie modes.
In this way, Black Ops Cold War and Warzone continue to receive updates, this is small but it is enough content to entertain us until the arrival of the third season that would begin in a week.
Little news
The new game mode is the Gun Play we know, only instead of common weapons, we will have to defeat the enemies with a group of 10 random blueprint weapons. The experience that we will get for our weapons will change in each game, making it ideal for those who want variety in each game. The mode is won by the first to kill enemies with the 10 different weapons.
For its part, the new functionality is called Custom Mods and is found within the “customize a class” section. It basically consists in that we can save and rename up to 10 weapon blueprints for each weapon in the game, so there will be no lack of customization options
The double-triple experience event guarantees you double the experience in leveling up, specific weapons and the battle pass, so this weekend is the ideal to play and climb the tiers to reach the last one before it arrives. Season 3 and lose content you haven’t yet unlocked.
There are also balance adjustments in different game modes such as zombies and a minor update in Outbreak and Onslaught. You can see all the patch notes by following ethis link.
