It seems that this time there will be no more delays, Cyberpunk 2077 shows more of its functionalities and console versions as we get closer to its launch. There is only a little more than a week left and today it is the photo mode that is already returning a common functionality in AAA games.
The new game trailer shows us how we can completely stop the game at basically any time to take photos. From a shooting to a sunset, the idea is that if you live a moment that you want to remember, activate the photo mode and edit, change poses, use filters, modify the contrast or colors until you have your own creation.
Sample Trailer
In the video examples we could see how even the most rampant shooting can be stopped to get a close look at enemies or your own character. There are also a couple of memes in the trailer, the first being the pose from “Praise The Sun” from Dark Souls which in the game will be called “V for Victory.”
We also got a re-enactment of the famous cartoon from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure in which Dio Brando and Jotaro Kujo get close to each other. The vignette is not exactly difficult to recreate, but the effects that give the impression that it is a drawing show that the photo mode has many possibilities for those who know how to use them.
Luckily, we can take photos directly in the game that will be saved to the hard drive or SSD directly. It is a small detail that goes unnoticed, but we have seen too many photo modes that do not have a button to take the picture but rather rely on the share or print button of consoles and PC respectively
Cyberpunk 2077 will finally premiere on December 10 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, PC, and Stadia.
