Hello, PlayStation fans! My name is Adam Volker from Flight School Studio. Through our publishing partnership with MWM Interactive, we're bringing in our latest small yet powerful indie title, Potter to Well, on PS4 on March 31. To celebrate, we have a brand new trailer that celebrates some of the best things people have ever said about the game. Get it out!
At the creation of The Well, he plays as Bot-C, the last remaining robot engineer assigned to the task of maintaining an ancient weather machine. A machine deep within the mountain was built to protect the city of Mirage. Yet, it has been for centuries, thanks to the Evil Beast. Scatter into eight holes, the game is about a cracked and-slash hole cut. We think of it as Pinball with swords.
Inspired By Art
Because Pinball-inspired Pinball in the Well is so tight and busy, we needed a visual style that was not only amazing but also simple enough that the player could easily follow the gameplay. So, we look to comic books to find inspiration, like Mike Mignola's Hellboy, of the World of Creatures. She is one of my all-time favorites and has the ability to properly capture feelings and emotions.
We heard a lot of great things about the art style from the players and as an artist, it is really touching to hear that people are responding to art. Recently, we were humbled to receive the IGF Award for Outstanding Performing Arts. It's crazy!
Job tools
The creature may have many arms, but you, like Bot-C, have a lot of heart, courage, and more than 20 things to help including strike tools, billing tools, and cool dating sites. We've set up tools to encourage you to find your own playstyle, trying to make sure that each feels different from each other. For example, my personal favorite is a curved ax, which actually creates a ball-shaped mass, which divides the ball into orbs of other forces. It is dominating.
What's next?
We have some of the best things we have ever created for Creature in the Well, such as a 70-page digital "art book" for your art and audio release that showcases the wonderful work of our composer, Jim Fowler. We're even working on a good version of the game's collections game with iam8bit.
In trying out this upcoming release, my co-producer, Bohdon Sayre, and I have played too much Creative It's a good use of the DualShock 4 controller and I genuinely love the way the game plays. This is clear, however, the extended face buttons and soft clicks on the shoulder buttons are really good for my playstyle. And, I am no you just said that. The main reason why it is REASONABLE is to release PlayStation 4 on March 31st.
