For the first time since the launch of The Old Scroll Online, Tamriel travelers will be able to explore the snow-covered lands of Skyrim and with the announcement of a new chapter, The Great Scroll Online: Greymoor. This new Chapter, coming to PlayStation 4 on June 2, is a big part of the new annual Dark Heart of Skyrim story that premieres with the DLC of March in March and continues throughout the year.
Greymoor takes you to the Western Skyrim region. Not only will the new line allow you to explore the cold desert around the city of Solitude, but it also offers the opportunity to explore the vast underground region of Blackreach. Whatever your experience was with this part of Tamriel at the time of your arrival at The Old Scroll V: Skyrim, you'll find the Western Skyrim of ESO, almost 1000 years before the TESV events, a world that was familiar but different from the ones you've previously explored, full of new demands, delves, land managers, and more.
In this new Chapter, you will take part in a long years-long story and help the besieged Nords investigate the emergence of terrifying events of supernatural power called storms. Monstrous vampires and other dark monsters have emerged from the depths of Solitude, and it is up to you to stand in these dark times and find ancient evil in their heart.
This new Chapter also introduces a new program, Antiquities, which allows you to critique and uncover classic pieces across the continent. As a rheumatologist, you will find the best new materials and collections in your quest to discover the hidden history of Tamriel.
As part of Dark Heart of Skyrim throughout the year, this story you find in Greymoor Chapter (along with Harrow die DLC before it) will be part of a larger story going on throughout the year 2020. Of course, Greymoor's story is a complete adventure in itself, and how you choose to play the newest release in 2020 is entirely up to you!
Ancient evil has emerged under the frozen lands of Western Skyrim, as well as the influence of a fun new season that catches up with Tamriel's rivals. It's time to face the darkness now coming out of Blackreach – Skyrim needs heroes!
