Ghosts’ N Goblins Resurrection caused a sensation earlier this year when it brought a quick dose of nostalgia to Nintendo fans. Now, following its success on Nintendo Switch, Ghosts’ N Goblins promised that the ports for PS4, Xbox One and PC will have an official release date of June 1.
Capcom has managed to move remarkably quickly into these next ports. Having officially confirmed the PS4 and Xbox One ports just two weeks ago, Capcom has already provided fans with an actual release date. In addition, pre-orders are available for each version with additional benefits. For PS4 and Xbox One players, a pre-order will give them one-day early access. PS4 players will get access to two exclusive themes, and Steam pre-orders will get a mini-soundtrack and profile wallpaper.
Ghosts’ N Goblins Resurrection brings the same controller smash difficulty that made the original games famous, and now also features adjustable difficulty for those looking for an even greater challenge. Unfortunately for those players looking to play online with friends, the title only supports a local co-op allowing the second player to participate at any time.

Even though Ghosts’ N Goblins Resurrection is the first game in the series in over a decade, fans were put off by the game’s weird and illustrated graphics rather than the tried and true pixel graphics of its predecessors. Still, game advocates noted how faithful the game was to the original Capcom classic. Now, with a little over a month before the game hits PS4, Xbox One, and PC, more fans will be able to experience this platforming classic.
Ghosts’ n Goblins Resurrection is out now for the Nintendo Switch, with the PC, PS4, and Xbox One versions arriving on June 1.
