IO Interactive has shared all six places in which we will be able to fulfill missions in Hitman III, the new AAA installment of agenten 47. This is clearly the most important game in the saga, so the best handheld game from the Danish studio is expected.
According to IO Interactive, these will be the most important mission locations for Agent 47. Additionally, each level has different layers and access points because they were crafted to provide the best experience. With this IO wants to communicate that the levels have not been created in a procedural way, but that each detail has a reason for being.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
According to IO, the locations do not represent spoilers, although they do reveal where the first mission will be and where it will be the last. Dubai will represent Agent 47’s first step in this new game.
The mission will take place at the opening of a ceremony at the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. We can explore it outside and inside, so we will be facing a fairly broad level.
Dartmoor, UK
In this level we will visit the Thornbridge mansion for a mission that will have elements similar to Sherlock Holmes, since the agent will have to solve a murder mystery.
We will also have a target but in principle the mission on Dartmoor will revolve around saving its inhabitants.
Berlin Germany
According to IO, this level will let us visit the outskirts of Berlin during a very chaotic night. The level will represent half the game and will take us through different interior spaces that the studio has chosen not to reveal.
Chongqing, China
The level that has been seen the most in promotional images, Chongquin is a huge city, although we will only visit certain establishments known for the neon lights, huge posters and the presence of thugs on the streets.
Mendoza Argentina
The first and only location in Latin America will be in the Mendoza province of Argentina, a place known for its abundance of wildlife, hills and abundant vineyards. Mendoza will be the penultimate location for the game and will feature many places to explore.
Carpathian Mountains, Romania
Here we will enjoy the epilogue of the game, IO has simply revealed that here the Hitman trilogy will culminate, so we will have to play it to know what this gigantic mountain range has in store for us.
Hitman III will be released on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S, PC, and Stadia on January 20. The studio has a Cloud version planned for later in 2021.
