Desde Kotaku they report that the bug that lets you get virtue or rebellion points is still present in the Legendary Edition after 15 years. The bug was in the first installment and it seems that they have not fixed it yet, which speaks a bit badly of the internal BioWare team that handled this version. It’s a known bug and it’s just still there.
Luckily, many players like that it is there, it makes the game easier and get points of virtue or rebellion, it is possible that now they will solve it, so it is better to take advantage of the situation now. The bug consists of talking to a character in Noveria to get a mission that has the bug.
Bugs that contentan
This character is Lorik Qui’i, a turian who is in a bar. If you talk to him, he reveals that he is unemployed because his bosses framed him. The character will ask you to infiltrate the office of his previous employers to get evidence of the crime. You can deliver the evidence and complete the mission, or go further.
In that same bar is Gianna Parasini, who recommends that you bring Anoleis, the perpetrator of the crime, to trial. After this dialogue you can go back to Lorik Qui’i and use the dialogue options to testify against Anoleis. You can convince him with charm or intimidation and depending on which one you use, points of virtue or rebellion will be ra ised. The trick is that you can talk to him over and over again without limits.
This earns you points of virtue or rebellion (never both) and then you can unlock better dialogue options in any situation for the future. This also frees you to make the decision that you please in other dialogues instead of taking the “good” or “bad” to get points, since you no longer need them.
The bug is only present in the first installment and you can take advantage of it right now on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
