PlayStation plus adds some hits in February.

The Boss January 28, 2021 No Comments

PlayStation Plus adds some hits in February. Control: Ultimate Edition and Concrete Genie join Destruction AllStars as the games on offer.

Next month looks pretty fun for PlayStation Plus subscribers. We have known for quite some time that Destruction AllStars will be a part of the February content offerings; However, today we take a look at all the games for next week. Starting February 2, subscribers will also have access to Control: Ultimate Edition and Concrete Genie. It’s all loot. Take a look at the announcement below.

Sony seems to be pushing Destruction AllStars quite a bit. The bombastic car combat title brings wild competitors with even crazier vehicles. Along with today’s announcement, they also released a new State of Play video to provide a better view of the game. Check it out if you haven’t.

That said, the big-name game in this selection is definitely Control: Ultimate Edition. Importantly, these are the PS5 and PS4 versions. Of course, the game is already available on Xbox Game Pass, so the PlayStation brand will be a bit late in comparison. Better late than never. After all, Control is one of the best games to come out in 2019. If you haven’t had a chance to play it, you should do so next month.

The end game is Concrete Genie. I haven’t played the game, but I’ve only heard good things about the latest from Pixelopus. If nothing else, it has great visuals and has some modes that make use of PSVR. It’s probably worth downloading.

All three games will be available on February 2 via PlayStation Plus. Destruction AllStars is only available on PS5, but the other two should work on both Sony consoles. However, if you have a PS5, be sure to download the next-gen edition of Control and not the latest-gen version. That way you get the best possible experience.
