A Reddit user known as YeaQuarterDongIng has leaked the first trailer gameplay of Godfall, one of the launch games of Playstation 5 It will also be available on PC.
Said footage is a teaser for internal use created in early 2019 and does not represent the final quality of the game. At that time it is possible that Counterplay Games, the development team responsible for Godfall, did not have a PlayStation 5 development kit (or this was very primary) and created the game keeping in mind some hardware specifications that were still far from be the finals.
In any case, we are facing one of the first gameplay of a next-generation game that will go on sale in late 2020 with PlayStation 5.
Godfall was presented together with a cinematic and under the seal of Gearbox Publishing during the The Game Awards gala held in December last year. Counterplay Games describes their game as "looter-slasher" in the third person with elements of role-playing, action, fantasy and close combat. In Godfall, attack prevails over defense and offers both fights with several enemies at once and boss fights.
Finally and due to the commotion created, the official Godfall Twitter account confirms that the captured video corresponds to the PC platform, is one year old and was created for internal presentation.
