As part of the initiative Play at Home, which aims to encourage people to stay home in times of pandemic, PlayStation will offer 10 free games this spring. Yes, you read that right. A dozen titles will be at your fingertips as of March 25 without hav ing to open the portfolio. Also, all you need is a PlayStation Network account.
Play at Home is a program that was born in the first months of 2020, just when the lockdown began in a large number of countries. Because the pandemic is far from over, PlayStation revived its initiative last February with a new free title: Ratchet & Clank, promising that in the months to come they would reveal more surprises. However, no one expected the next wave of free games to be that attractive.
Among the free games, it stands out, mainly, Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition. Of course, the adventure created by Guerrilla Games will not be available from March 25, but until April 19. This will be an excellent opportunity to enjoy one of the best exclusives that saw the light on the PlayStation 4. And of course, you will be ready to receive the sequel (Horizon Forbidden West) by the end of 2021 – assuming it is not delayed.
The rest of the titles are mostly independently proposed as Rez Infinite, Abzu Y The Witness. The latter, developed by Jonathan Blow, was one of the most acclaimed of 2016. If you are a follower of the puzzles
- Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition (From April 19)
- Enter the Gungeon
- Rez Infinite
- The Witness
- Astro Bot Rescue Mission (PS VR)
- Moss (PS VR)
- Thumper (PS VR)
- Paper Beast (PS VR)
Without a doubt, the list includes games that will give you hours and hours of fun. Remember that all can be enjoyed on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 thanks to backward compatibility.
