PS5 and Xbox Series X | S version now available via free update

For PS4 or Xbox One, all they have to do is sign in to PS5 or Xbox Series X | S with the same user account that the game is associated with. In your game library you should see the option to ‘buy’ the improved version of the game, which is completely free if you meet the conditions indicated.

The download is approximately 50GB, depending on the platform.

Of course, take into consideration that not all the progress of FIFA 21 it will carry over to the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions. The Ultimate Team (including players, FIFA points and coins) and Volta modes will not present any problems. Everything else, like Career Mode and seasons, will reset. The reason is that these modes are not based on a centralized server.
