Regarding users of Xbox Series X | S and PS5, they will find compatibility with RSS (screen space reflection). This technology makes it possible to perceive reflections on the surfaces of certain materials, in particular at interior levels. To this, a volumetric lighting system has also been added which will improve the lighting of the entire game.
In addition to visual improvements, in the update Prisms of No Man’s Sky we will find new domestic species. Now the winged alien creatures can be trained to be our mounts and be able to explore the various planets from above.
Photo mode will have a new update, as will the avatar customization interface. A new station has also been added that exchanges materials for nanites, rewards after weather events, and several additional quality of life improvements. All these new features can also be used on PS4 and Xbox One.
