Look, we get it. You are a professional hospital administrator. You can get a healthcare facility in shape at any time. Queues of people are arranged in an orderly order so that they can be seen by your top documents, successfully diagnosing them in just a few seconds before sending them out for successful cures.
You, my friend, are a tippity-dead, total health care hero. You are a champion. You are the best in the business. You are certainly better than the administrator described in our last Xbox Wire article.
But did you think of aliens?
You know, aliens. The gray things? The one with the eyes? The ones streaming through your hospital doors as we speak? Oh my sweet summer child. If you haven’t looked at aliens, you haven’t seen half of them.
And what about your hospitals on the sticks? Do you have an ecological atmosphere on the go? Are you planting carrots for heaven’s sake? Are you successfully monitoring power consumption? Are you dealing with the political ambitions of an ecological megalomaniac? Or do you only use electricity and pour out CO2 to your heart’s content? And I thought you were a doctor. A champion.
You know, maybe I have to look at you again. Maybe you need to look at yourself. Or maybe you need to check that out Close encounters and From the net Extensions for Two point hospitalthat happen to be included in Two-point hospital: Jumbo Edition.
Tell me more, sir …
Well then. As you wish.
First, let’s dive into the world of Close encounters. Harrison Wolf, the intrepid local DJ for Two Point County, has thoughts. Thoughts of a conspiracy wrapping around the town of Goldpan. This city recently saw a ball of fire over its sandy plains, and not everyone considers it a natural phenomenon. No, you see, Harrison thinks they’re aliens.
But it goes deeper. So much deeper. What if the town of Goldpan was just a facade? What if, deeper behind the scenes, somewhere behind a cloudy curtain, there was a military base full of aliens? What if they’re already here and walking among us? What if for some reason you have to build a hospital here?
My goodness. What if?
However, if you slide across the Two Point County map, you are in a completely different place. The sand dunes part and are replaced by a lush and green landscape of trees, oxygen and, damn it, hope! This is the setting of the Off the Grid expansion.
Hope you see because local politician Tabitha Windsock has a dream. A dream that is green. A green dream. She is building an eco-city with her name and needs your help to heal the people in her constituency so that they can stay healthy, keep voting for them and of course keep paying taxes.
You’ll encounter wild diseases like Hare Brained, Root Snoot, and Bodily Druids, as well as the unsettling-sounding Flappy Hamper as you try to cure the county.
But it doesn’t end there because that Jumbo Edition also includes previous DLCs such as Bigfoot (Help an eccentric billionaire who happens to be a Yeti manage his snowy health resort / castle) and Pebberley Island (Help the explorer Wiggy Silverbottom pave a sterilized path through the tropics in search of the Well of Eternal Life.)
Not only that, but if you’re like me, someone who enjoys setting up lamps and carpets at random angles for hours to please your patients, you’ll get a real kick out of the two bundled item packages – the one Retro Items Pack and the Exhibit pack.
Retro brings to the fore some powerful props of yesteryear, like pinball machines, ducks to hang on the wall, old televisions, gramophones, and more. I love putting them all in my staff rooms! Plus, you’ll get an interactive photo booth, emu ride, and more.
The Exhibit pack is an exploration of the nuance of sculptural art. Pick up groundbreaking work like “keys on a podium” and a big pig. Put an orrery in your lobby and let the movement of the celestial bodies fix you. You know what? Just put an entire dinosaur skeleton in your lobby while you’re at it.
We know you are going to have a ton of fun with this stuff and can’t wait to get stuck! please check the Two-point hospital: Jumbo Edition In the Xbox Store today and tell all your friends. Otherwise we will send the aliens for you.
