If you like exploring the installation of ROMS, a tool like TWRP (TeamWin Recovery Project) surely sounds familiar to you. It is the base which allows you to “play” with the recovery mode of Android phones and which allows, from recover the mobile in case of problem, to install specific ROMs for each model.
The developer community is the one that benefits from this tool which now is updated to version 3.50. An update that on the one hand adds support to make it functional on more phones (up to 16 new devices) and in addition to having improved support for Android 10 and improvements and fixes for models that use still Android 9.
Ready for Android 10
But starting with the devices that are now supported, TWRP in version 3.5.0 adds Support for use in 16 additional devicesincluding the Pixel 4, Pixel 4 XL or Galaxy Note 10 range with Exynos.
With this version of TWRP, Support for models with Android 10 is extended. This way, the tool has two branches (both versions of the operating system) waiting for its use in models that have Android 11, a possibility they are already working on.
Android 9-based models count, yes, with more support and access to more features, while those using Android 10 are more limited. You can download TWRP from the Google Play Store or the official TWRP website.
