Improvements keep coming, Apple wants to facilitate refunds purchases made in applications. Therefore, with iOS 15, developers are offered a package that adds a new option so that users have the solution available in the same apps.
Refunds for simpler app purchases with iOS 15
Sometimes unwanted purchases are made in an app, that purchase may have been made in error, or it just isn’t what you expected. To do this, the user can request a refund directly from the developers or through the process with the help of Apple’s refund service.
This will change with the arrival of iOS 15, which among its novelties has a new function for returns of purchases made within applications. without using the Apple site.

Using this option, the user will be able to select the unwanted purchase and specify the reason for the request. Once sent, the deadline for receiving a response is 48 hours, at which point Apple will send an email with information about the status of the claim.
