The essentials in brief:
- The nominees for the German Computer Game Award 2020 have been determined.
- Anno 1800 can be found three times among the nominees, in the categories Best Game, Best Game Design and Best Expert Game.
- In total, Ubisoft Mainz can win prize money of up to 160,000 euros.
Anno 1800 can add another chapter to its success story: At the German Computer Game Award 2020, the development game is represented three times among the nominees, as the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure and the industry association game announced in a press release.
These categories & prize money are: Anno 1800 is nominated in the categories best game (endowed with 100,000 euros for the winner, 25,000 euros for the other nominees), best game design (30,000 euros) and best expert game (30,000 euros).
In addition to the 14 categories that we list below for you, along with all nominees, there will also be an audience award and a special jury award. If you want to vote for your favorite, you can do so from March 27th to April 23rd on the website of the German Computer Game Award.
