The Hydro X Series has apparently been well received by both stores and retailers and users, starting with the premise of being a completely new series of designs, where quality is the quality of the brand.
What we will see in this review is a series of products that are intended to include a complete and efficient liquid process, from its base to its final results, including RGB lamps, so it is very interesting as an analysis, because we will not measure the performance of the component, but of the system as a whole.

Features and specifications of the Corsair Hydro X Series
This is the first Corsair CPU shutdown in RL culture and as a result adds some new features. Starting with the Nylon internal camera and 60 wings on its cold nickel plating plate. It will be compatible with any Intel 155X socket or instead with AM4 from AMD.
It will include hot paste TM30 applied for, a set that sets water and exits with similar conditions. In addition, it has a light A-RGB that can be distributed by ICUE.
Like the XC7 RGB, it is the first all-in-one pump and product combo of the brand, where they have set huge volumes to differentiate themselves from the competition and mark new records to follow. In this case, we have a body that mixes with high quality nylon acetal and ABS where we will have up to 5 water and one outlet. It has a software-controlled A-RGB, a D5 pump that can pull upwards 800 L / H and pressure of 2.1 meters and consumption of 30 watts.
Its new GPU blocks arrive produced in three different materials: PMMA, aluminum and copper with nickel plating, where black backplates are also included in all models. And they have a feature that they add A-RGB lamp and pre-use active adhesives, and their thermalpads.
Finally, we have your radiator XR5 RGB, which comes in a completely black color and is made of two very common materials such as copper and copper. I will have them 16 FPI their own 30 mm it is not thick, it and its 3 fans on either side leave us a complete radiator and promise complete performance even though you fall into the SLIM category.
Corsair XC7 RGB
Let's start with the CPU block of the top AM4 and 115X processors, the Corsair XC7 RGB.
As we can see, its packaging is more elegant, with a cardboard box and more impressions that match the brand's expectations. Both the front and the rear highlight the protagonist nicely, where we can see the new design.
When it opens its box what we will find is a solid plastic bag with a rectangular shape and a lid of the same material that keeps the elements secure. Inside we will find four different parts: a block with an Intel bracket already installed, an AM4 bracket, a rubber backdrop and mounting screws.
The rear lug is made of metal and contains, as already mentioned, rubber support already installed, which will avoid contact or damage to any metal on the back of the motherboard. As you can see, it retains the last two openings of the 115X screw, while on the AM4 is limited to the standard holes for regular block input.
The sticking system, for AMD and Intel, is based on four main parts:
- Bolt with double backplate cord and trim.
- Spring retainer to maintain precision, secure the bolt and place pressure on the block.
- Wipe the plastic washer to increase the pressure in the spring and secure the bezel.
- Embellisher with a rope that acts as a pressure rental.
The AM4 storage bracket comes with a curious protection pad. And given the 8 points of this block in the block, any break due to strokes or bad praxis will have an effect on the different distribution of the block generated in the CPU.
Here is the protagonist. The design as you can see it has nothing to do with competing CPU blocks. You may like it more or less depending on the aesthetics, but it is certainly a breath of fresh air for the world of custom cooling.
Here we can greatly appreciate its composition, when its two G1 / 4 sockets are mounted on its front plate and protected by a black cover. Probably the most amazing detail at first glance and certainly not unusual for this kind of product.
From its two wide angle view you can see several details. First, the bracket looks like an off-hook, that is, it is not rigid and allows for more vertical movement. The second point is that the two foundations are mounted from a common block structure by a few millimeters.
At first glance we can see the layout of the room we enter, where we will have the specified entry and exit that block. The system used looks a bit different from that used on other products, though apparently based on the jet system.
Before we start seeing the ins and outs of this Corsair XC7 RGB, we want to stop at the lighting and connectivity system, because as we'll see later, it's amazing to stop when we have a few pieces of product.
In this case it has a male connector with only three valves, so it will be the first piece of gear within the Hydro X Series system.
The bottom of the block is covered with protective plastic to prevent freezing of the cold plate anywhere else. Also that Corsair includes a paste tool used previously as standard.
Details that have caught our attention are the descending and descending order of brackets, in which it appears to have been taken with samples that allow the entry of these arrangements, something we will see more and more in a moment.
In addition, he said the cold plate has two separate heights, the central and the circular area where the IHS and the vertical boundary will meet the anchor and the block pressure.
The cold plate comes out by removing the 10 mentioned screws that hold onto the acrylic chassis of this Corsair XC7 RGB. The first look after taking it off leaves us with the first surprise in terms of its jet system, but before we fully engage with it we'll thoroughly analyze the cold plate.
The surface of the cold plate is not completely dry depending on its purity, though it is still far from poor quality. The fact that a well-filled surface has advantages and disadvantages, is because although atoms of thermal composites can be better integrated, it is also true that the thermal radiation produced by the CPU is strongly reflected by the block.
The point of completion of this cold plate is in the middle and is entirely done this way, because Corsair clearly wanted to combine the two best ideas.
As for its size, it has a 1.49 mm circular piece in its thick electrolytic component in pure nickel plating, whose CNC finish at its edges increases its size to 5.39 mm, giving us a 3.9 mm height with its hoofs.
As you can see, the unsaturated surface of this water is not square as one would expect, but it is square and has a strong cold plate capacity.
The total area is 34 x 42 mm, which is estimated to be over 60 mm cold, with over half its wings. This should allow for greater heat transfer when the water passes over time in contact with one another, but at the same time can have an effect on the internal flow.
Here we can see the first surprise of the block, and it's the same jet set in the same acrylic (high quality Nylon) as the rest of the set, something exotic and a great deal of Corsair detail focused solely on rumors.
In addition, we see the first and only O-ring that will stop the water from leaving the block.
The jet is very difficult to photograph, as it is very visible and very small (only 1.5 mm). It is supported on four pillars to keep it in its proper shape, making it a very sensitive piece to touch and to zoom in or stand out.
Bad placement and we will have major leakage or cracking problems.
The fluid element joins two of these columns in its case, where we see that it is in the normal position of dividing the double flow, so it is easier to direct it to the central opening, thus increasing the speed of fluid and pressure when transported to the jet, which will repeat the process by using its small opening centimeter.
As you can see, the cover and the change in flow form a piece that reduces the flow of water in half, directly to the jet, where the best would undoubtedly be the ease of channel planning with this system, currently with very little margin.
Specifying where the jet is placed is simply amazing, once the cold plate has been placed, the pressure of the jet on the set should improve the "puzzles" match.
The difficulty of making a block should be very high, since it has many small pieces that may not fit. In addition, the finishing quality is simply perfect, not one "but" in terms of design or quality at present.
We replaced all the pieces to avoid their cracks or damage, because as we mentioned, it is a great deal of design and R&D that can be detached from any of our indifference to photography. For this reason, the next step is undoubtedly to distribute the cover that covers this Corsair XC7 RGB, and for this reason it is necessary to remove the screws that fix the acrylic chassis of the said cover.
After removing the four screws of the rigor, the cover comes out with no problems and for the first time we see 16s of LED and PCB dropping it, along with the rest of the chassis block.
The RGB system is noteworthy and has a very simple system on your PCB, with three standard Corsair connectors for DIM, GND and 5V. It should be noted that although it may not seem like it, the LED system is strategically designed to achieve the effect we will see at the end of this article.
We come back with an acrylic chassis and here we get a better look at how the two G1 / 4 strings fit out perfectly into the body, giving you the right size to fit the entire block length.
There is nothing remarkable here except for the bracket storage system, which is very complicated for photography due to the appearance of the set as we will see below.
To remove or insert a bracket, press down (as seen in the picture, top if we have it facing up) and then turn sideways.
With so much pressure the system is designed to run smoothly, we may be scared to throw it in the first place, because it feels out of place, but once we lose the fear we will make sure the system is well-designed and efficient, at the same time easy to use.
Corsair XG7 RGB
The specific Corsair block of the NVIDIA RTX 2060 and the RTX 2070 model model come with the same quality as the one we saw on the XC7 RGB. And that this Corsair XG7 comes as a new block of GPUs trying to open a hole in its right in the market based on a series of very new wishes.
Its packaging is also quality, full printer, durable and while the block is a basic distributor with an aesthetic with a dark background.
Once open what we will find is a compressed cardboard box and logo. Given the weight of the block it is a good idea for Corsair to install such a box, since hitting a block would be fatal if it was not properly protected.
As expected, the viscoelastic foam surrounds the entire block, without moving and without adding an extra layer of acrylic paint.
Once we get out of the box and look that the backplate was underneath it is well protected, which we will have without these assembly instructions, a two plug and a curious tool to attach and that ABS Plastic
The first impression of the block is good, not heavy enough to qualify as overpriced but strong and has a good finish to see. Its small size in this version is useful as well, but we've had access to the rear of these models in its RX 5700 version and we have to say that the quality is maintained and the weight is greatly increased due to its large size.
One of the striking features of this block is that the cold plate is a separate piece of block itself, in addition, it is protected with transparent plastic so that the front adhesive is inserted harmlessly. In addition, thermalpads are already installed as usual, so there will be no errors in their placement or lack in PCB cooling.
Its profile is also relatively new, since the G1 / 4 input is a removable module and has an independent bezel.
Focusing on the block itself and the cover already secured, we see that the hot adhesive has been increased by its size and that the cold plate is attached to 9 screws in the body of the block.
Once removed, we can remove the cold plate with its wings, which is comfortable to clean the dirt from potential contamination. Of course, to ensure the stability of the Corsair system included an O-ring.
As we can see, the rest of the wing area in this case is not as large as the one shown in the XC7 CPU block, while its end is a visual one, since Corsair has printed the same design towards the printer.
Its thickness responds to 1.4 mm, the same size given the size of the die and heat you can extract, of course. When measuring the size of pies we vary the total 4,53 mm and 3.13 mm fins, and the correct GPU block value.
The magnitude indicates that we are not dealing with a cold symmetrical plate and that in this case due to lateral and non-vertical water flow, the maximum contact area is much longer than the width, above the TU106 chip.
To return to the block, if we want to clean it up to clean it, we will often have to remove the thermalpads, which appear to be in the process of being sealed, which prevents them from moving or crossing.
They are very soft and give a lot of weight, but for that reason you will need to be very careful when removing them, as they break easily. Most screws are hidden behind them, so the process of being able to fully separate the block.
Once we remove them, we can see the two main parts of this XG7: the cover and the block itself. Surprisingly, the cover has no practical effect on cooling any part, so, that's a decorative element.
Once removed we can see the different height added by this block to support places like VRM or GDDR6.
The cover adds an extra mile to the body height and acrylic front (PMMA), so it's worth scaling out of this aspect the full size of the Corsair rule. Approximately 17 mm achievements also make it clear that, without the manufacturer, the tendency is to thin copper and leave the entire diameter at the front end of the water reach with G1 / 4 beams.
This has a second effect, and is a slight thermal resistance to the transfer of fluid, which is why more and more manufacturers are trying to reduce a few millimeters in certain areas of it.
The cover also hides the LED strap underneath it, where the handle allows installation. It gets 16 ARGB LEDs with a system very similar to its CPU XC7 RGB brother.
Hidden in fact was also a small flow meter that covers the block as a standard process, which we will leave aside for now to see more carefully over time.
Here we have the second part of the Corsair RGB system, where we also find the standard product connectors, where in this feature the LED strap acts as a cube and fits the male and female connectors, which later prepare us to connect the CPU block to it if we have one.
Once the associated screw has been removed, it has a front end and is comfortable, which is really difficult to whitewash due to its large appearance. In addition, its discharge from the body of the block allows us to see the best of the different height created by Corsair to move water at different rates, to obtain or reduce the speed and flow of a liquid.
Special mention is to cylinders strategically positioned to break the flow and reduce turbulence to improve the penetration of the edges (not including the jet system) and its output.
The flow meter consists of two pieces: an upper bar only on the body of the block and a regular roulette that will mark the opportunity as the flow is high or slow. Since it cannot be scratched and not repaired, it is the pressure of the front end with its associated hole to place more surface that determines its position. Simple but effective
Corsair XD5 RGB
Given the quality of the previous package for this tank / pump combo is different, except for the fact that the bottom is now yellow, which is typical for product brands.
One of the highlights of its installation is the fact that it opens over time, which we found out from the beginning.
Once inside we will have two levels of accessories / accessories until we reach the protagonist, where we can see a user manual, product warranty and two anchors in various sizes.
With all the accessories and accessories removed we can see this Corsair XD5, where at the same time we can see how the product sorted the necessary hardware and installation tools into different bags.
The required screws separately, we have several interesting details to highlight. First the connector plug is already closed to turn on the power supply out of the motherboard.
This is important to complete the circuit without having to switch to a specified PC, because during the filling and cleaning period several minutes may pass when the elements generate heat in the blocks, this is waterproof.
Secondly we have a heat project such as a recorder and plug, so that we can know the temperature of the water at the place where we put it, where in general and because of the lack of first choice it can be in the body of the tank.
Ultimately, the combo support comes as a "U" system with two hollow points at its center for the pump to resolve, with this support being the one that will be integrated into the trains as we will see in the section on the conference.
In order to be able to take pictures looking, we decided to install support, which, as you can see, tighten the weight of the set without any problems. It is quite straightforward, since it does not consist of round shapes, but an octagonal shape with four very large sides and four short sides at 45 degrees.
In addition to the two G1 / 4 jacks in the front (right entry and left exit), the top includes two double-sided, side-to-side backs as the front snow looks. This is great for a more comfortable assembly, but in these cases it is necessary to see if it affects in some way the cleaning or operation of the pump.
Before going in full to see what this combo can do, we'll stop at the connection, where we see that to enable it, Corsair should switch to a standard molex like other products, where it also includes a 4-way connector and PWM for RPM pump control.
As for the lighting system, we also come across a 3-stranded product line, which is designed to be able to reconnect several products in series within the Hydro X Series range.
To return to the pump itself, in order to remove the first part of the cover we would have to remove 4 screws in the form of quiet blocks after which we could see a piece of metal joining and adjust the pump above it for 8 pigs.
The first thing that surprised us when we removed the piece was that there was NO O-ring to keep the assembly tight. This is no different, because so far, every D5 we've seen installed on the top has taken it, so much so that the manufacturers are selling the board itself as metal.
On the other hand, Corsair backs up its system without the connector with mechanical precision on top of it, forcing the pump to release high pressure with it with a dual-size dual-pump support system.
Here we can see closely all that is said, where at one point the water supply is appreciated as the curve turns. At the same time we can look at finishing machinery, it's just that.
The pump itself is still a standard D5 that has been highlighted and upgraded to the event with new RPM PWM controls and advanced steel cables. All other features remain unchanged with other types of manufacturers, since all high performance models receive the same RPM and flow.
To further the distribution of the system, the acrylic cover can be split from the top with only 3 screws on the bottom (7 top), where in this case we see an O-ring around the conspiracy, a common feature when we have a few anchor points.
The distribution made by Corsair with this combo is curious and has a lot to crack. The water will reach the top of any of the three available cavities, but the system will be washed into a central cavity that will allow bubbles to rise to the surface while the water fills the cavity.
This is the closest system to a fillport we can have and is not common in D5 combos, usually due to the complexity of the circuit cleanup. Admittedly, the limit created in the loop is small, because the water rarely mixes with that in the tank, circulating most inside the top with minimal loss of flow and pressure.
Going back a short time and then the tank re-mounted to its top, it is clear that the area in between is covered with acrylic in the center of the trademark.
This allows that along with the triangular shape that joins them, it directs the water toward the surface and at the same time allows the internal rotation of the bubbles to prevent the bulk of the cases being re-attached.
This point is completely removable, since it fits inside the walls of the tanks, but its removal is not recommended.
And that the piece itself allows for the right support of the rest of the set and also focuses on the water better because of its height, so it creates a straight line in high regard for this.
The entire body of the tank is comfortable, with an octagonal shape and a single installation position. Highlight the top access with its G1 / 4 poles, one of which includes access through a tube of similar materials and can therefore be used to complete the program.
To add a dry bracket, Corsair has four screws to match. At this point we have to be careful, because while it may not seem so, there is only one type of screw that fits perfectly.
It is important to consider whether, in the case of the vertical and horizontal, the top of the quedará and the horizontal axis.
Los otros cuatro tornillos sobrantes the son of the montel, to the state of the city, as a politician.
This is the case of the distancia of the country and the son of the mismos, as in the case of the post office and the posteriones of the fraternity.
We have, as it is, the most important of the tornadoes of the country, the districts of the capital as far as the rest of the country, the region of the country and the majorities of the country and the majorities of the region. , as important as no equivocarnos en todos los sentidos.
Corsair XR5 360
Pasamos is an otro de los protagonistas, a nuevo radiador Corsair XR5 360, which is the best of the triple perteneciente in the world.
You have already decided on the misconception of the principals of the product: calidad y aspecto llamativo.
You are going to have some kind of enclave on the embassy of the cartoons in the peninsula of Corsair, the peninsula of the peninsula.
This is a special part of the radiador convenient to the history of the country, and the tornado and accesorios of the city.
Apartments of the tapas / plugs of the radiadores, are the Corsair XR5 360 trailers and apartments that are at the moment: at the top of the list of tornadoes in the air.
The incidence of tornos and tornillos viene influenciado by the cantidad distances of the ventiladores of the state of the mercantile, the vast majority of the remaining silent blocks of the marcos, the mayor of the capital and general of the tornillos comunes and son válidos a menos que forcemos al límite dichos silent blocks.
In the process, Corsair as adelanta al resto de fabricantes con algo tan simple y tan útil como you have to tear down the facade of the face.
In the future, we have no democratization of innovators, trade and commerce, the Corsair and not the buscar, but we do not want to be able to do so.
In the case of los ventiladores and sus roscas están algo sobredimensionados, aportando mayor superficie de los ventiladores y minimizando ruidos o las paredes laterales del rad.
This is a superficie and con refrigeración, which is a great deal.
This is where the weather is different, the time after the last day of the month, as the day of the year, the moment of departure of the city.
Como sabemos, los laterales son perfectos for creatives, generando vibraciones and mayor sonoridad for the final son of the aspas de un ventilador llega a tocar.
You are going to be on the main road, donde estas tendrán cada una 6 tubos independientes. In the case of the delta, we have no idea what to do with the loophole and the cone in the last minute.
This is a G1 / 4, G1 / 4, part of the fabric that is fabricated at the lattice, which is a probable material for the cost of the fabric, which is easy to sell, algo in típico en radiadores más tradicionales.
- Aquacomputer Aquaero 6 Pro + disipador.
- Aquacomputer Drop Pressure.
- Aquacomputer MPS High Flow USB.
- EK Cryofuel Clear
