These documents were first published in the Anandtech archives, and even though they have been deleted, details still circulate like wildfire. It looks like AMD already has one the new generation of APUsAnd that means the development of Zen 3, its next-generation architecture, is complete.
However Zen 3 Going to be used on desktop and server wallpapers, the laptop market will have to wait at least 2021, because the Ryzen 4000 has just seen the light and it's clear that AMD doesn't want to roll out its campaign. As with the Ryzen 4000, these new Cezanne processors are expected to provide a a significant increase in performance and above all efficiency.
Cezanne: The Ryzen 5000 would have Zen 3 CPU and IGPU RDNA 2
According to mature documents, the next-generation Ryzen 5000 "Mobility" line of APUs will be known as Cezanne and will be introduced to the fourth-generation AMD line. Currently, AMD refers to Ryzen 4000 Mobile as the third generation because it is based on the Zen 2 architecture, while the other Ryzen 4000 (Desktop) launch components are called the fourth generation because they will be based on Zen 3 architecture.
The same thing happens with the Ryzen 5000, which will be referred to as the fourth generation as it will use the Zen version 3. In other words, the Ryzen 4000 for laptops is the third generation and for desktops, the fourth generation. The Ryzen 5000 manual will be the fourth generation, and when they go out to find the desktop (if they go out), in theory they will continue to be called the fourth generation because they will maintain Zen 3 properties.
As of this year's launch, the Cezanne family will be split into two categories, the top Cezanne-H and the lesser-powerful Cezanne-U. The processors will already have an FP6 package, similar to the existing chips. It is a BGA platform with a chip designed to buy book producers, because by keeping the same design they will be easier to use on their machines.
The roadmap for AMD passes through 2021

In terms of overall performance, the Cezanne family will be a huge improvement over the existing Ryzen 4000 for a number of reasons. First of all, the Zen 3 architecture as we already know is bringing significant improvements to IPC and certain design changes that will improve inter-core latency and overall performance.
Second, Zen 3 buildings will use a the highest point of 7nm who would help AMD improve processor efficiency, which is important when it comes to bookmarks. We have already seen the figures presented by the Ryzen 4000 depending on the performance of each watt, working equally with desktop processors but consumption between 15 and 35 watts is no exception.
But the most important development will be the excellent GPU format of these Ryzen 5000 APUs, since it is also said that they will have the RDNA 2 architecture, so it would mean the first integration of Zen 3 processors architecture with RDP 2 for IGPU, which marks a huge jump in performance compared to the current 7nm Vega GPUs.
The iGPU for AMD Cezanne APUs will have RDNA 2 architecture, but the laputter curtains will also feature a dedicated Navi 23 graphics, already named "NVIDIA Killer" and one of the most anticipated mods by AMD fans. However, it will definitely be at the end of this chip variant, definitely better with the corresponding build updates.
Of course, this will include performance enhancements, as well as free Ray Tracing cores, something that eagerly awaits AMD hardware.
