Codemasters revealed a few months ago that F1 2020 will arrive on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia in July, however, we haven't seen any gameplay yet. Today they show a video of a few seconds in the Dutch circuit of Zandvoort.
Not only would the actual Formula 1 tournament be competing in the latter category these days, the idea has been to use the race in real life to promote the same gaming in the same circuit to show the benefits of the game but coronavirus has already ruined many developer programs and this is one more.
The first revelations
They also took the opportunity to showcase the various covers the game will have that will vary by region, though there will be a special one, the Michael Schumacher Edition that we think will be the best. There will be a German pilot ahead and will include a "season pass" even though it has not yet been officially named.
Carlos Sainz and Sergio Pérez will serve as cover collaborators in Latin America and Spain, France, Italy and Belgium will be Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen, and in Poland and Australia, Kimi Räikkönen and Daniel Ricciardo. Let us not forget the international program (the one from abroad) that will showcase the two most popular riders currently by Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel.
Built among the coastal dunes of the province of North Holland, the Zandvoort cycle is a classic race track. In preparation for his return in 2020, the cycle includes a new boat and escape facilities, and track sections to create exciting racing times. ”
This is said press release Codemasters while Lee Mather, director of Franchise, commented:
"The team has done a fantastic job bringing back all levels of the circuit. Playing in the back-end corner is something that players enjoy."
F1 2020 is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia on July 10.
